Welcome to Peach Haven, a newly renovated duplex in the Cape Charles historic district. Just 1 block from the park and 3 blocks from the beach, it's the ideal base for your Cape Charles escape. This pet-friendly rental sleeps five guests comfortably with a master bedroom (queen bed) and a second bedroom with a custom-made full-over-full bunkbed. The house has been thoughtfully stocked with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Need more space? Ask about renting the other side, too! Peach Haven I is a bright, sunny space brimming with coastal cottage charm. The open-concept living area on the main floor features a cozy lounge with a large smart TV and game cabinet, a dining table that seats 5, and a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. A full bathroom with a tub and a convenient washer-dryer round out the main level. Upstairs, you’ll find another full bathroom with a corner shower stall, along with two inviting bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with a full-over-full bunkbed. The downstairs shower is equipped with a Kohler shower water filtration system for a refreshing experience. All linens are provided for your convenience. Be sure to view 3D tour and floorpan via QR code in additional pictures! Enjoy maximum comfort with dual-zone HVAC, separately controlled for upstairs and downstairs. We welcome one small, well-behaved dog with a $100 pet fee—please include details about your pet in your booking request for consideration. Pet waiver must be completed before check in. As a duplex, the front porch may be shared with other guests, but the backyard is fully fenced and offers a private outdoor shower for your exclusive use. Ask about our golf cart rental! Note: We have only one golf cart available, so reserve it early to ensure availability. Fully updated in 2021, this duplex blends modern amenities with character. Please note that the original stairs are steeper than modern standards, so take care when navigating them. There is plentiful free parking on the street in front of and beside our home. All of the attractions in Cape Charles are walking distance from the house. NEMA 14-50 outlet is located in backyard to support EV Charging - Outlet only. Gate in backyard opens wide enough for a car. We’re here for our guests from booking to checkout! Peach Haven is situated on a peaceful block in the Cape Charles historic district. The beach is just two blocks away, as is Central Park, with its playground, free pickle ball/tennis courts, and free summer concert series. Walk to the bakeries, restaurants, and shops of the town's main street in less than 10 minutes. Or rent a golf cart and get there even quicker! At just six by six blocks, Cape Charles is very walkable. That said, many visitors choose to rent a golf cart to get around. The town is also extremely bike-friendly. Ask about our golf cart rental as well! Please note that this is a duplex, so you may occasionally hear noise from the adjoining unit. White noise machines are provided in all bedrooms to help light sleepers. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of neighbors and avoid excessive noise. Loud or barking dogs are not recommended in this space. We also offer a golf cart for rent, Finally, note that the outdoor shower and faucet are winterized from October through April. - No parties or extra guests. Unauthorized guests = immediate cancellation, no refund. - Quiet after 10 PM. Keep outdoor noise low. - Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Plumber fees apply for clogs. - No smoking/vaping indoors. - No refunds for weather, power outages, or amenity issues (TVs, appliances, Wi-Fi, etc.). Travel insurance recommended. -Do not leave food/trash outside; it attracts flies, etc. - Wi-Fi: Spectrum; hosts not responsible for outages. - Do not rearrange furniture or move outdoor furniture inside (or vice versa). PENALTIES for following (a claim will be filed with Airbnb): -Smoking indoors: $200 -Late checkout after 10 AM (unapproved): $100 -Unregistered guests/pets: $100 each -Home damage: Up to $500 -Illegal substances = immediate eviction, no refund

Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper. 8. Please do not track sand into the house. Please rinse off using the hose or outdoor shower before entering. 9. Please return any beach gear in the same condition when you’re finished, and let us know right away if there’s any damage to any items. 10. Please do not take bath towels to the beach. 11. Please do your best to park in front of our home. 12. If anything in the house is broken or damaged, please alert us immediately so we can make repairs.

This is our second time staying here. Both times were wonderful experiences. Very clean. Love all the added amenities. Especially love the outdoor shower. Location is a little bit off the main road and the beach, but both are close and walkable if you choose. Highly recommend.
