Welcome to Peach Haven II! Renovated in 2021, this pet-friendly duplex in Cape Charles’ historic district sleeps 4. One block from a park with playground and tennis/pickleball courts, and 3 blocks from the beach. Features 1 bedroom (queen bed) and a 2nd with a custom full-size bunkbed. Stocked for comfort. Ask about renting the other side for more space! Peach Haven II is the right side of a sunny duplex with modern coastal cottage decor. The open concept living area on the main floor includes a cozy lounge area with a large smart TV and game cabinet, a dining table that seats 5, and a beautiful kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. There's a full bathroom with a tub and washer-dryer on the main floor. Upstairs, you'll find another full bathroom with a corner shower as well as two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, and one with a full-over-full bunkbed. Downstairs showers has Kohler shower water filtration system. All linens are provided. Dual zone HVAC for upstairs and downstairs for maximum comfort. One small, well-behaved dog will be considered with a $100 pet fee; prior approval required. Please provide details about your pet in your booking request. Pet waiver must be completed before check in. Because this is a duplex, the front porch may be shared with other guests. The backyard is fully fenced with a private outdoor shower. Beach chairs are provided for guests use. Although the duplex was fully updated in 2021, the stairs are original and steeper than required in current building code. There is plentiful free parking on the street in front of and beside our home. All of the attractions in Cape Charles are walking distance from the house. NEMA 14-50 outlet is located in backyard to support EV Charging - Outlet only. Gate in the backyard opens wide enough for car. Non EV's can park if preferred. We are always available to help our guests, from the moment they book to the day they check out! We can provide guests with recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. in town and on the Eastern Shores. Peach Haven is situated on a peaceful block in the Cape Charles historic district. The beach is just two blocks away, as is Central Park, with its playground, free pickle ball/tennis courts, and free summer concert series. Walk to the bakeries, restaurants, and shops of the town's main street in less than 10 minutes. Or rent a golf cart and get there even quicker! Please note that this is a duplex, so you may occasionally hear noise from the adjoining unit. White noise machines are provided in all bedrooms to help light sleepers. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of neighbors and avoid excessive noise. Loud or barking dogs are not recommended in this space. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in (as early as 1 PM) or late check-out (as late as 12 PM) is available with 48-hour prior approval and incurs a $25 fee. Self-check-in is available via keypad. If you need more space, ask about renting Peach Haven II. We also offer a golf cart for rent, but there is only one available, so please reserve early. Finally, note that the outdoor shower and faucet are winterized from mid-October through April. - No parties or extra guests. Unauthorized guests = immediate cancellation, no refund. - Quiet after 10 PM. - Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Plumber fees apply for clogs. - No smoking/vaping indoors. - No refunds for weather, power outages, or amenity issues (TVs, appliances, Wi-Fi, etc.). Travel insurance recommended. -Do not leave food/trash outside; it attracts flies, etc. - Wi-Fi: Spectrum; hosts not responsible for outages. - Do not rearrange furniture or move outdoor furniture inside (or vice versa). PENALTIES for following (a claim will be filed with Airbnb): -Smoking indoors: $200 -Late checkout after 10 AM (unapproved): $100 -Unregistered guests/pets: $100 each -Home damage: Up to $500 -Illegal substances = immediate eviction, no refund

Please return any beach gear in the same condition when you’re finished, and let us know right away if there’s any damage to any items. 10. Please do not take bath towels to the beach. 11. Please do your best to park in front of our home. 12. If anything in the house is broken or damaged, please alert us immediately so we can make repairs.

Our family had such a wonderful stay! The space was clean, comfortable and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. We loved the quiet street, the easy walk to both the park and the beach and the cute backyard. The thoughtful touches throughout the home really stood out. So many of the basics were already provided, including half and half for our morning coffee, which we had completely forgotten to pack! More than anything, this home ended up feeling special to our family. We had the best time exploring Cape Charles, slowing down and enjoying quality time together. It's one of those places that leaves you with great memories long after you head home. We'd happily stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Charles.

Awesome place, squeaky clean, super close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The place was stocked! They even have coffee and tea and olive oil (which we fell in love with by the way!). Nice beach chairs were provided as well! Regular towels and beach towels and even poo poo spray! So well thought out! T was very responsive and super helpful! The house is laid out well for an AirB&B. The house felt new and well cared for. It had everything one would need or want. It even has a Type 1 (J1772) outlet in the backyard for mobile EV chargers. Thear was a great host and very responsive.
